These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your use of the website 1win-bets.ng and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by MFI Investments Limited (“1Win”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By registering an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
1. Definitions
“Account” means a registered user account on our Platform. “Bet” or “Wager” means any stake placed on sports events, casino games, or other gambling products. “User”, “you”, or “your” refers to any individual accessing or using the Platform. “Balance” means funds available in your account for betting. “Bonus” means promotional funds or offers provided by us subject to specific terms. “Event” means any sporting or other event on which bets can be placed. “Personal Information” means data that identifies you as an individual.
2. Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to close accounts of underage users.
2.2 Jurisdiction
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our Platform complies with laws applicable in your jurisdiction. If online gambling is prohibited in your location, you must not use our services.
2.3 Account Registration
To place bets or play casino games, you must register an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, update your information to maintain accuracy, create only one account (multiple accounts are prohibited), not register on behalf of another person, and keep your login credentials confidential.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
We are required to verify your identity as part of anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to provide identification documents upon request including a valid government-issued ID (NIN, passport, or driver’s license), proof of address dated within the last 3 months, proof of payment method ownership, and Bank Verification Number (BVN) for Nigerian users. Failure to complete verification may result in account restrictions or closure.
2.5 Account Security
You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account. You must not share your login credentials, notify us immediately of any unauthorized access, and ensure you log out after each session on shared devices. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your negligence.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposits
To place bets, you must deposit funds into your account. The minimum deposit is ₦500. Deposits are processed through approved payment methods including bank transfers, card payments via Paystack, USSD payments, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum). Deposited funds are for gambling purposes only, and we are not a financial institution. Deposits must come from accounts in your name.
3.2 Withdrawals
You may withdraw available funds from your account at any time, subject to these Terms. The minimum withdrawal is ₦1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for deposits where possible. Standard processing time is 1 to 24 hours for verified accounts. Large withdrawals may require additional verification. We may impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits.
3.3 Processing and Fees
We do not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own fees. Currency conversion rates are determined by payment processors.
3.4 Inactive Accounts
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. After notification, a monthly administrative fee of ₦1,000 may be charged until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
4. Betting Rules
4.1 General Rules
All bets are subject to the specific rules of each sport or game. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled except where cash-out is available. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion. Maximum winnings may apply to certain markets.
4.2 Bet Acceptance
A bet is only valid when confirmed by our system and reflected in your bet history. A bet reference number confirms acceptance. We are not responsible for bets lost due to connection issues before confirmation.
4.3 Odds
Odds are subject to change until a bet is placed and confirmed. In live betting, there may be a delay between bet placement and acceptance during which odds may change. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in odds (palpable errors) and may void bets placed at erroneous odds.
4.4 Event Cancellation and Postponement
If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled within 24 hours, bets will be voided and stakes refunded. If an event is postponed and takes place within 24 hours of the original start time, bets stand. Specific sports may have different rules as detailed in our sports rules.
4.5 Bet Settlement
Bets are settled based on official results from governing bodies. Settlements are usually completed within 24 hours of event completion. In case of disputes, our decision on settlement is final.
4.6 Cash-Out
Where available, you may cash out bets before settlement at the offered value. Cash-out amounts are calculated based on current odds and may be lower or higher than your potential winnings. We reserve the right to suspend or disable cash-out at any time.
5. Casino Rules
5.1 General
Casino games operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). Game rules are displayed within each game. Malfunctions void all pays and plays on affected games.
5.2 Bonuses and Free Spins
Casino bonuses and free spins are subject to wagering requirements. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Maximum bet limits apply when wagering bonus funds. See Section 6 for detailed bonus terms.
5.3 Progressive Jackpots
Progressive jackpots are won according to each game’s specific rules. We reserve the right to cap maximum jackpot payouts as stated in game information.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New users are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to 500% on their first four deposits, with a maximum total bonus of ₦400,000. The bonus is distributed as 200% on the first deposit (up to ₦100,000), 150% on the second deposit (up to ₦100,000), 100% on the third deposit (up to ₦100,000), and 50% on the fourth deposit (up to ₦100,000).
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Sports bonus requires 5x wagering on accumulator bets with at least 3 selections at odds of 1.40 or higher per selection. Casino bonus requires 30x wagering on slot games. Wagering must be completed within 30 days, or the bonus and related winnings are forfeited.
6.3 General Bonus Terms
Only one bonus can be active at a time. Maximum bet with bonus funds is ₦5,000 per wager. Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity results in forfeiture and account closure. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time. Specific promotions may have additional terms.
6.4 Promo Codes
Promo codes must be entered at the time of deposit or registration. Codes cannot be applied retroactively. Each code can only be used once per user.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited: opening multiple accounts, using someone else’s account or payment methods, collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating, using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to place bets, exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities, money laundering or any illegal financial activity, abusing bonuses or promotional offers, harassment of staff or other users, and any activity that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
Violation of these prohibitions may result in account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balance and winnings, permanent ban from our services, and reporting to relevant authorities.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our Platform, including text, graphics, logos, software, and design, is our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. The 1Win name and logo are registered trademarks.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, losses arising from system failures, interruptions, or errors, losses due to unauthorized account access resulting from your negligence, losses from events outside our reasonable control, or third-party actions or services.
Our total liability is limited to the amount in your account at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim.
10. Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute, first contact our customer support with details of the issue. We aim to resolve disputes within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate to the Curacao Gaming Authority as our licensing body. Our decision on bet settlement and account matters is final.
11. Account Suspension and Closure
We may suspend or close your account if we suspect violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct, if required by law or regulatory request, or if your account has been inactive for an extended period. Upon closure, pending bets may be voided, legitimate balances will be returned (minus any amounts owed to us), and bonus funds will be forfeited.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Withdrawals must be completed before closure.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website, sending an email to your registered address, or displaying a notification when you log in. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Curacao. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curacao, without prejudice to your rights under local consumer protection laws.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
